At Quiet Weekends, we hope every order brings a little more joy to your everyday. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging.
Not show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@quietweekends.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@quietweekends.com.

Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
